Haven't heard anything this year so far but it's only the 5th of January. Hopefully we'll see a few decent runs throughout the year. This is not a prediction, just hoping for some major improvement.

Sounds to me like that harbormaster is trying to intimidate you with BS.

Obviously you have to practice common courtesy with boats entering or leaving the harbor and I know you practice common courtesy at all times anyway so it should be no problem.

This post is just fine where it is. I try not to be too fussy.
