Hey guys. Good to be back here. Was wondering if the storm did anything for the lake level? That was a ton of rain. Was also curious if any sign of crappie yet. finding them on the delta, but they are small. Hope it's another good winter. Love catching those big slabs on the light tackle.

It raised the level about 1 inch is all. Sorry to say it takes a lot more rain than we had to have any real effect. We need several inches to saturate the ground and then additional rain runs into the lake as runoff from the creeks, sloughs and ditches that empty into Clear Lake. This probably won't happen until late December or early January.

No good reports yet on the crappie but it could happen at anytime.
