Are there any fish alive in there?  Or has the low water level killed them off?  Anyone?

Is it "closed" to boating or is it still open?  I'd like to try my inflatable w/trolling motor on it...

This is what it looked like in August.  View is from the south end near the dam looking north.

Anyone???

The lake level has risen significantly in the last two weeks.  Trees at the previous shore line are now completely submurged. Two weeks ago the lake was 235 yards (laser rangefinder) past the end of the boat ramp. Yesterday it was 25 yards!

Soaked some dough balls and chicken livers for catfish and carp.  Not even a nibble. I did manage a few 10"-12" largemouth bass along the shore as I was heading back. I'm confident there are bigger fish in there, I just lack the know how to hook them.  Landed this blonde bass, is this a coloe phase or something?

That is a Smallmouth Bass. It's a cousin of the Largemouth Bass. Also known as a Bronze Back in some parts. Generally found in deeper, cooler waters then the Largemouth. Caught them all the time in the Russian River in Sonoma County. Great fighting fish. Thanks for the report.
