More Delta Crappies

I had the honor of meeting Len Johnson and going fishing with him and his neighbor Steve in the Delta today. Most of the crappies are about 1/2lb to 3/4lb and a couple were a tad larger.  I ended up keeping 17 crappies and 4 redears.  I had a great fish fry.

The pleasure was mine.  I enjoy fishing with nice people, and you are a great guy.  Thanks for the crappie jigs and I look forward to the next time.  Steve and I ended up with a total of 37 crappie.  It was really a great day of fishing and I was able to get home a lot earlier than usual and have a fish fry at home with my wife.  She saw all the fish and now she wants to go.  Take care man and I will see you next time.
